का.आ. 44( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, विदेशी मुद्रा प्रबंध अधिनियम, 1999 ( 1999 का 42 ) की धारा 17 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 242 ( अ) तारीख 27 फरवरी, 2002 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए नीचे सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट विशेष निदेशक ( अपील ) को, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से उनके विद्यमान कर्त्तव्यों के अतिरिक्त , क्रमशः स्तंभ (3 ) और स्तंभ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट जाने और उपयोग के भीतर स्तंभ ( 5 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट अधिकारिता के अनुसार उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन न्याय-निर्णयन प्राधिकारियों के आदेशों के विरुद्ध अपील सुनने के लिए नीचे सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट विशेष निदेशक ( अपील ) नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 44 (E) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 17 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act , 1999 (42 of 1999 ) and in supersession of notification number S.O. 242 (F ) , dated the 27th February, 2002, the Central Government hereby appoints the Special Directors (Appeals ) specified in column (2 ) of the Table below to hear appeals against the orders of the Adjudicating Authorities under the said Act as per jurisdiction specified in column (5) within the zone and sub - zone specified in columns (3 ) and (4 ) respectivley, in addition to their existing duties with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
