1.700 का.आ. 63( अ ). यतः आंध्र प्रदेश इंडस्ट्रियल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर कार्पोरेशन जो आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य का एक सरकारी संगठन है, ने आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में सरपावरम गाँव , काकीनाडा ग्रामीण, पूर्व गोदावरी जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) (जिसे एतपश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है:

और यतः बकेन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में सरपावरम गाँव, काकीनाडा ग्रामीपा , पूर्व गोदावरी जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी रामर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास , प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 12 अक्तूबर, 2007 कोअनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;

अतः , अब , त्रिशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में सरपावरम गाँव , काकीनाडा ग्रामीण , पूर्व गोदावरी जिले में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं , अर्थात्:
S.O. 63 ( E ) .- Whereas Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation , a Government Organization in the State of Andhra Pradesh , has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , to set up a rector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Sarpavaram Village, Kakinada Rural East Godavari District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;

And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under Sub-section (8) of Section 3 of the saidAct, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under Sub- section (10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development , operation- and maintenance of the Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at SarpavaramVillage, Kakinada Rural East Godavari District in the State of Andhra Pradesh on 12th October, 2007;
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Sarpavaram Village , Kakinada Rural East Godavari District in the State of Andhra Pradesh , comprising of the survey numbers and the area given below, as a Special Economic Zone :-

का.आ. 64( अ ), विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक ....... 2008 को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिससे आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य के सरपावरम गाँव , काकीनाडा ग्रामीण , पूर्व गोदावरी जिले में मै . आंध्र प्रदेश इंडस्ट्रियल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चरल कॉर्पोरेशन लि. द्वारा स्थापित सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी/सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एसईजेड को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act , 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the .......day of.........., 2008 as the date from which the information technology/ information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Sarpavaram Village, Kakinada Rural , East Godavari District , Andhra Pradesh by M/s . Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructural Corporation Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962.

का.आ. 65( अ ). विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. आंध्र प्रदेश इंडस्ट्रियल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चरल कार्पोरेशन लि. द्वारा सरपावरम गाँव , काकीनाडा, पूर्व गोदावरी जिला , आंध्र प्रदेश में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी/ सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति, जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा, गठित करती है , जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं , अर्थात्:-

अध्यक्ष, पदेन 1. विकास आयुक्त ( पदेन निदेशक , सॉफ्टवेयर टेक्नोलॉजी पार्क्स ऑफ इंडिया , हैदराबाद)
2. निदेशक अथवा उप - सचिव , भारत सरकार , सदस्य, पदेन वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा
3. क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक , सदस्य, पदेन हैदराबाद
4. सीमा- शुल्क पत्तन आयुक्त , हैदराबाद अथवा उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्तसे कम नहीं होगा सदस्य, पदेन
5. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार सदस्य, पदेन रखने वाले आयकर आयुक्त अथवा उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहींहोगा 3
