क़ा.आ. 54( अ ).-विदेशी अधिनियम , 1946 ( 1946 का 31 ) की धारा उक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में उल्लेखित देशों, जिन्होंने भारत के साथ किसी संधि जिसमें करार , समझौता ज्ञापन , प्रोटोकॉल या इस बाबत आदान - प्रदान किए गए नोट्स भी शामिल हैं, पर हस्ताक्षर किये हैं, के नौ - सेना जहाजों के " जलयान के मास्टर " को , राज्य की सुरक्षा के लिए अन्यथा अपेक्षित परिस्थितियों को छोड़कर, इस अधिसूचना के शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के तहत विचार किये गये अनुसार चालक कर्मियों के विवरण प्रस्तुत करने से छूट प्रदान करती है ।
अनुसूची
उन देशों के नाम जिन्होंने विदेशी अधिनियम , 1946 की धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) की अपेक्षताओं से , संबंधित देशों के नौ-सेना के जहाजों के " जलयान के मास्टर " को छूट प्रदान करते हुए भारत के साथ किसी संधि जिसमें करार , समझौता ज्ञापन , प्रोटोकॉल या इस बाबत आदान - प्रदान किए गए नोट्स भी शामिल हैं, पर हस्ताक्षर किये हैं :
देश का नाम
वह तारीख जब यह सन्धि जिसमें कोई करार , समझौता ज्ञापन , प्रोटोकॉल या इस बाबत आदान - प्रदान किये गये नोट्स भी शामिल हैं, लागू हुई है ।

New Delhi , the 9th January, 2008
S.O. 54(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3A of the Foreigners Act, 1946 (31 of 1946) , the Central Government hereby exempts the " Master of Vessel " of the Naval Ships of the countries , mentioned in the Schedule

attached with this notification , which have signed a Treaty including any agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, protocols or exchange of notes in this behalf with India , from furnishing the particulars of the crew as contemplated under sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the said Act, with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette , except in circumstances when the security of the State requires otherwise .
