का.आ. 60(अ)विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 6 नवम्बर, 2007 की सं. का.आ. 1883( अ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना जिसके द्वारा चिन्थांवरम ग्राम , चिल्लाकरू मंडल , नैल्लौर जिला , आंध्र प्रदेश में वस्त्र एवं परिधान क्षेत्र हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन को अधिसूचित किया गया था , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
" उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना में दी गई तालिका में क्रम संख्या 57. से 59 में निम्नलिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं जोड़ी जाएंगी :

New Delhi , the 9th January, 2008
S.O.60 (E). The Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Ministry of Commerce and Industry , Department of Commerce , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide number S.O. 1883 (E) dated the 6th November , 2007 , thereby notifying the sector specific Special Economic Zone for textile and apparel sector at Chinthavaram Village , Chillakru Mandal , Nellore District in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
"In the Table given in the aforesaid notification , the following survey numbers shall be added at Serial numbers 57 to59:
