का.आ. 78( अ ).-सरकारी स्थान ( अप्राधिकृत अधिभोगियों की बेदखली ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार दिनांक 30 जुलाई , 2005 के भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के शहरी विकास मंत्रालय की दिनांक 28 जुलाई, 2005 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 2675 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के नीचे दी गई तालिका में, -
(क) क्रम संख्या 38 के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि " केन्द्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में उनके क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं में स्थित स्थान " पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित होगी , नामतः-
" केन्द्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में उनके क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं में स्थित और सारा सहारा कम्पलैक्स, मुम्बई नामक प्लाट संख्या 7 से 10 तक , पलटन रोड । "
(ख) क्रम संख्या 55 के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि " केन्द्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में उनके क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं में स्थित स्थान " के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित होगी नामत :-
" केन्द्रीय लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में उनके क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं में स्थित और सास सहारा कम्पलैक्स , मुम्बई नामक प्लाट संख्या 7 से 10 तक, पलटन रोड को छोड़कर स्थान । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th January, 2008
S.O. 78 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act , 1971 (40 of 1971 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of 131 GI/2008 (1) [PART II-SEC. 3(ii) ] THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY

the Government of India in the Ministry of Urban Development number S.O. 2675 , dated the 28th July , 2005 , published in the Gazette of India , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) dated the 30th July, 2005 , namely: --
In the table below the said notification ,--
(a) against serial number 38, in Column ( 3 ), for the entry " Premises under the administrative control of Central Public Works Department situated within local limits of his Jurisdiction " , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :---
"Premises under the administrative control of Central Public Works Department situated within local limits of his Jurisdiction and Plots No. 7 to 10, Palton Road , known as Sara Sahara Complex, Mumbai . "
(b) against serial number 55, in Column (3) , for the entry " Premises under the administrative control of Central Public Works Department situated within local limits of his Jurisdiction " , the following entry shall be substituted, namely :--
"Premises under the administrative control of Central Public Works Department situated within local limits of his jurisdiction excluding the Plot Nos . 7 to 10, Palton Road , known as Sara Sahara Complex, Mumbai ."
