का.आ. 71 ( अ ).-केन्द्र सरकार , भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट ( उपक्रम का अंतरण और निरसन ) अधिनियम , 2002 ( 2002 की संख्या 58 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार के लिए और उसकी ओर से भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रबंधन का कार्य करने के लिए श्री एस. बी. माथुर के स्थान पर , एतद्वारा श्री के. एन. पृथ्वीराज को भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रशासक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है । निबंधन तथा शर्तें अलग से निर्दिष्ट की गई हैं ।

S.O. 71 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of the Section 7 of the Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal ) Act , 2002 (No. 58 of 2002) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K.N. Prithviraj as the Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India for carrying on the management ofthe SpecifiedUndertaking ofthe Unit Trust of India for and on behalf of the Central Government, vice Shri S.B. Mathur . Terms and conditions are being specified separately .
