का.आ. 72 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , बीज अधिनियम, 1966 (1966 का 54 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय बीज समिति से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् यह राय होने पर कि कृषि के प्रयोजनों के लिए विक्रय किए जाने वाली नीचे सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रकार के, उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट बीजों की किस्म की क्वालिटी का विनियमन करना आवश्यक और समीचीन है , यह घोषणा करती है कि बीजों की उक्त किस्में, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए संपूर्ण भारत के संबंध में अधिसूचित किस्में होंगी , अर्थात्:-

का.आ. 73 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , बीज अधिनियम, 1966 (1966 का 54 ) की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय बीज समिति से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, निम्न तालिका के क्रमशः स्तम्भ ( 3 ) और ( 4 ) में उल्लिखित अंकुरण और शुद्धता की सीमाएं विनिर्दिष्ट करती हैं जैसा कि अधिसूचित प्रकार या किस्म के बीजों के संबंध में अंकुरण और शुद्धता की न्यूनतम सीमा स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित है , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 72(E) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Central Government after consultation with the Central Seed Committee, being of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient to regulate the quality of the seeds of the varieties specified in column (3 ) ofthe Table below of the kinds specified in the corresponding entries in column (2) ofthe said Table , to be sold for the purpose of agriculture, hereby declares that the said varieties of seeds shall be the notified varieties for the whole of India , for the purpose of the said Act , namely :-
