CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 9th January , 2008
विषय : इंडोनेशिया, मलेशिया, कोरिया गण. , जापान , अमेरिका, थाइलैंड, चीन जन. गण. तथा चीनी ताइपेई के मूल के अथवा वहां से निर्यातित पीवीसी सस्पेंशन ग्रेड के आयातों से संबंधित पाटनरोधी जांच संबंधी अंतिम जांच परिणामों का शुद्धिपत्र ।
Subject : Corrigendum to Final Findings in respect of the Antidumping Investigation concerning import of PVC Suspension Grade , originating in or exported from Indonesia, Malaysia , Korea RP , Japan , USA , Thailand , China PR and ChineseTaipei.
सं. 14/8/2006-डीजीएडी. यतः वर्ष 1995 में यथा- संशोधित सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 तथा सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ (पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान , उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियम , 1995 को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी ने संबद्ध पाटनरोधी जांच में दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर, 2007 की अधिसूचना द्वारा अंतिम जांच परिणाम जारी किए हैं ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सुधार किए जाते
हैं :-
No. 14/8/2006- DGAD.Whereas , having regard to the Customs TariffAct, 1975 as amended in 1995 and Cus- toms Tariff ( Identification , Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determi- nation of Injury) Rules , 1995, thereof, the Designated Au- thorityhas issued the Final Findings vide Notification dated 26th December , 2007 in the subject anti -dumping investi- gation.
1. शुल्क तालिका में उल्लिखित निर्यातक के नाम " हन्वाह " में सुधार किया जाता है जिसे " हन्वा " पढ़ा जाए ।
The following corrections are hereby incorporated in the said notification :
2. जांच परिणाम के पैरा 252 में पाटन मार्जिन के सारांश में जापान के संबंध में पाटन मार्जिन % में सुधार किया जाता है जिसे क्रमशः 9.25% , 9.25% और 12.82 % पढ़ा जाए ।
1. The name of the exporter " Hanwah" appearing in the Duty table shall be corrected to read as "Hanwha" .
3. शुल्क तालिका में पंक्तियों की संख्याओं में सुधार किया जाता है जिन्हें 1 से 28 पढ़ा जाए ।
2. In Dumping margins summary at para 252 of the finding, the dumping margin % in respect of Japan shall be correctedto read as 9.25 %, 9.25% and 12.82% respectively.
3. The row numbers in the duty table shall be cor- rected to read as 1 to 28 .
4. कॉलम 6 , पंक्ति 25 ( अब पंक्ति 24 के रूप में पुनःसंख्यांकित ) में निर्यात के देश में सुधार किया जाता है जिसे " चीन जन. गण. " पढ़ा जाए ।
