दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (मुख्य योजना अनुभाग ) सार्वजनिक सूचना नई दिल्ली, 11 जनवरी , 2008
S.O. 81 (E). The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority / Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan/Zonal Development Plan for Delhi is hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection/suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner - cum-Secretary , Delhi Development Authority, 'B ' Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi - 110023 within a period of thirty days from the date of this notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also given his/her name and address .
का.आ. 81 ( अ ). दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार कादिल्ली मुख्य योजना/जोनल विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्तिको कोई आपत्ति हो अथवा कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/सुझाव इस सूचना की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी ' ब्लॉक, विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली-110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दे ।

संशोधन-
It is proposed to change the land use of an area measuring 3890 sqm . in Zone K- 1 , bounded by DDA Park in the North, MCD Office in the East , Rohtak Road (NH- 10) in the South and Road to Kirakari Village in the West comprising of 2 pockets ( i ) 3265 sqm . from 'Residential/(Group Housing) ' to ' Public and Semi Public Facility (Training Institute) ' and ( ii ) 625 sqm . from 'Residential' to ' Recreational ' .
जोन के-1 में 3890 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र, जो उत्तर में दि.वि.प्रा. पार्क, पूर्व में दि.न.नि. कार्यालय , दक्षिण में रोहतक रोड (रा. रा. - 10 ) और पश्चिम में किरकड़ी गांव से घिरा हुआ है , में 2 पॉकेट हैं जिनमें से ( i ) 3265 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र के भूमि उपयोग को ' आवासीय/ (समूह आवास ) ' से ' सार्वजनिक एवं अर्ध- सार्वजनिक सुविधा ( प्रशिक्षण संस्थान ) ' में और ( ii ) 625 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र के भूमि उपयोग को ' आवासीय' से ' मनोरंजनात्मक ' में परिवर्तित किये जाने का प्रस्ताव. है ।
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Joint Director (MP) 6th floor, Vikas Minar, I.P. Estate , Delhi Development Authority, New Delhi on all working days during the period referred above .
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , छठा तल, विकास मीनार , आई.पी. एस्टेट , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।
