सं. डीई- 22-2007. दन्त अधिनियम , 1948 की धारा 20 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार की पूर्व संस्वीकृति के साथ भारतीय दन्त परिषद् द्वारा भाग- III, खण्ड 4 में तारीख 10 सितम्बर , 2007 को प्रकाशित संशोधित बी.डी.एस. पाठ्यक्रम विनियम 2007 में निम्न संशोधन कर रहा है ।
-संख्या नं. 16. आसवित जल संयंत्र का प्रतिस्थापन करके संख्या 18. आसवित जल संयंत्र कर दिया जाए ।
1. लघु शीर्ष और प्रारम्भ,-( i ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय दन्त परिषद् संशोधित बी.डी.एस. पाठ्यक्रम विनियम ( संशोधन ) 2007 कहा जा सकता है ।
(v ) प्रतिस्थापन संख्या 18. आसवित जल संयंत्र के बाद निम्न टिप्पणी को जोड़ दिया जाए ।
(ii ) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे ।

No.DE - 22-2007 .-In exercise of the powers con- ferredby Section 20 of the Dentists Act, 1948 , the Dental Council of India with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following Amendments to the Revised BDS Course Regulations published in Part III , Section 4 of Government of India Gazette dated 10th September , 2007 .
(b)After the words Area - 2500 sq.ft. add the words "for each subject"
1. Short title and commencement.-( i) These Regula- tions may be called the Dental Council of India Revised BDS Course Regulations (Amendments) 2007.
