का.आ. 91 ( अ ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , आय- कर अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 10 के खंड ( 39 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त खंड के प्रयोजनों के लिए, -
( क ) कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स फेडरेशन , दूसरा तल , 138 , पिक्केडिली, लंदन , डब्ल्यू 1 जे 7 एनआर, युनाइटेड किंगडम को व्यक्तिके रूप में;
(ख) भारत में आयोजित होने वाले कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स, 2010 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय खेल प्रतियोगिता के रूप में ;
(ग ) कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स फेडरेशन को आयोजन समिति, कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स, 2010 दिल्ली, भारत से प्राप्त या प्राप्य मेजबान फीस मद्दे कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स , 2010 को प्रोद्भूत होने वाली £7.3 मिलियन जीबीपी के बराबर आय को विनिर्दिष्ट आय के रूप में ,
अधिसूचित करती है ।

NewDelhi , the 15th January, 2008
INCOME- TAX
S.O. 91 (E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by clause ( 39) of Section 10 ofthe Income- tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961 ), the Central Government hereby notifies,
(a) the Commonwealth Games Federation , 2nd Floor, 138 , Piccadily, London, WIJ 7NR, United Kingdom as the person;
(b) the Commonwealth Games, 2010 to be held in India, as the international sporting event ;
(c) the income arising to Commonwealth Games Federation from Commonwealth Games , 2010 onaccount ofHost Fee, received or receivable from theOrganising Committee Commonwealth Games, 2010 Delhi , India amounting to £7.3 million GBP, as the specified income,
for the purposes of the said clause.
