सा.का.नि. 30( अ ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 129 क की उप- धारा ( 1 ख ) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 39/2005- सीमा शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) दिनांक 13 मई, 2005 में और आगे संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी के क्रम सं. 33 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात् :-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1B) ofSection 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T. ) , dated the 13th May , 2005 , namely :-
Inthe said notification , in the Table for the serial number 33 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
