G.S.R. 31 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1B) ofSection 35B ofthe Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 5 /2007 - Central Excise (N.T. ) , dated the 12th February, 2007, namely :-
