का.आ. 109(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राज्य वित्तीय निगम अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 63 ) की धारा 4ज द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , लघु उद्योग बैंक द्वारा विकास बैंक को नकद भुगतान करने पर, 31 जनवरी , 2008 को विकास बैंक द्वारा अभिदत्त प्रत्येक वित्तीय निगम के सभी शेयरों तथा विकास बैंक द्वारा दी गई पूंजी के बदले ऋणों की बकाया राशि, जो इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से तत्काल पूर्व तारीख को क्रमशः लगभग 175 करोड़ रुपए तथा 25 करोड़ रुपए है , लघु उद्योग बैंक को अंतरित करने की तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 17th January, 2008
S.O. 109 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4H of the State Financial Corporations Act, 1951 (63 of 1951) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st day of January, 2008 , as the date for transfer of all the shares of every Financial Corporation subscribed by theDevelopment Bank and amount outstanding in respect of loans in lieu of capital provided by the Development Bank as on date immediately preceding the notified date to Small Industries Bank at approx. Rs . 175 crore and Rs . 25 crore respectively , against cash payment by Small Industries Bank to Development Bank.
