( मुख्य योजना अनुभाग ) सार्वजनिक सूचना नई दिल्ली, 17 जनवरी , 2008
का.आ. 104( अ )-दिल्ली विकास ( मुख्य योजना एवं क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना ) नियमावली , 1959 के नियम 5 के साथ पठित दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 10 ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना के प्रारूप को तैयार करने एवं प्रकाशित करने की सूचना ।
एतद्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि:-
(क) राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के योजना जोन ' ए' (भाग जोन -ए और सी अर्थात् चार दीवारी शहर ) में आने वाले लगभग 569 हैक्टे. क्षेत्रफल की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना का प्रारूप तैयार कर लिया गया है;
(ख) इसकी एक प्रति निरीक्षण के लिए आगे पैरा ' 3 ' में उल्लिखित तिथि तक सभी कार्य दिवसों को पूर्वाहन 11 बजे से अपराह्न 5 बजे के बीच दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण कार्यालय , विकास मीनार, इन्द्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट , नई दिल्ली और डी -ब्लॉक , विकास सदन , आई एन ए स्थित स्वागत कार्यालयों तथा एम पी पी आर कार्यालय , दि.वि.प्रा. , डी-6 , वसन्त कुंज, फ्लाई ओवर के पास , नई दिल्ली-110070 में उपलब्ध रहेगी ।
2. इस प्रारूप क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना के संबंध में एतद्वारा आपत्ति एवं सुझाव आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं ।
3. अपत्ति या सुझाव प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी ' ब्लॉक , विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली-23 को लिखित रूप में दिनांक 16 फरवरी , 2008 से पहले भेज सकते हैं ।
आपत्ति करने या सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता, दूरभाष फैक्स भी दे ।

New Delhi, the 17th January, 2008
S.O. 104(E).- Notice under Section 10(1 ) of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (No. 61 of 1957) read with rule 5 of the Delhi Development (Master Plan and Zonal Development Plan) Rules , 1959, of the preparation and publication of the draft of the Zonal Development Plan for the National Capital Territory of Delhi .
Notice is hereby given that:-
(a) Adraft Zonal Development Plan covering an approximate area of 569 ha. falling in Planning Zone A(part Zone A and C, i.e. Walled City) ofthe National Capital Territory of Delhi has beenprepared;
(b) A copy thereof will be available for inspection at the Reception offices of the Delhi Development Authority at Vikas Minar, Indraprastha Estate, New Delhi and D-Block, Vikas Sadan, INA and in the office ofMPPR, DDA , D- 6 , Vasant Kunj , Near Flyover , New Delhi - 110070 on all working days between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. till the date mentioned in para ' 3 ' hereinafter .
2. Objections and suggestions are hereby invited with respect to this draft Zonal Development Plan.
3. The objections and suggestions may be sent in writing to the Pr . Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi- 110023 before the 16th day of February, 2008 .
