(मुख्य योजना अनुभाग ) सार्वजनिक सूचना नई दिल्ली , 17 जनवरी , 2008
S.O. 106 (E) . Notice under Section 10( 1 ) of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (No. 61 of 1957) read with rule 5 of the Delhi Development (Master Plan and Zonal Development Plan) Rules , 1959, of the preparation and publication of the draft of the Zonal Development Plan for the National Capital Territory of Delhi .
का.आ. 106( अ ) दिल्ली विकास ( मुख्य योजना एवं क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना ) नियमावली , 1959 के नियम 5 के साथ पठित दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 10 ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के लिए क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना के प्रारूप को तैयार करने एवं प्रकाशित करने की सूचना ।
Notice is hereby given that :---
एतद्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि :-
(a) A draft ofZonal Development Plan measuring 13,975 ha. falling in planning zone N, i.e. , North West Delhi- III of the National Capital Terri- tory of Delhi has been prepared .
(क) राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के योजना जोन ' एन ' अर्थात् उत्तर पश्चिम दिल्ली- III में आने वाले 13,975 हैक्टे. क्षेत्र की क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना का प्रारूप तैयार कर लिया गया है ।
(b) A copy thereof will be available for inspection in the Office of the Delhi Development Authority on Ground Floor , Vikas Minar , IP Estate , New Delhi as well as in the Office of Director (Plg. ) , Rohini DDA at the project office near Police Post, Saraswati Vihar, Sector- III, Rohini, New Delhi- 110045 between 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on all working days till the date mentioned in para ' 3 ' hereinafter .
(ख) इसकी एक प्रति निरीक्षण के लिए आगे पैरा 3 में उल्लिखित तिथि तक सभी कार्य दिवसों को पूर्वाहन 11 बजे से अपराह्न 5 बजे के बीच दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण कार्यालय , भूतल , विकास मीनार , इन्द्रप्रस्थ एस्टेट, नई दिल्ली और निदेशक ( योजना ) , रोहिणी , दि.वि.प्रा. कार्यालय के परियोजना कार्यालय , पुलिस पोस्ट के समीप , सरस्वती विहार , सेक्टर -3 , रोहिणी , नई दिल्ली-110045 में उपलब्ध रहेगी ।
2. इस प्रारूप क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना के संबंध में एतद्वारा
2. Objection and suggestions are hereby invited with respect to this Draft Zonal Development Plan.
आपत्ति एवं सुझाव आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं ।
3. आपत्ति या सुझाव प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी' ब्लॉक , विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली-23 को लिखित रूप में दिनांक 16-2-2008 से पहले भेज सकते हैं ।
3. The objections or suggestions may be sent in writing to the Pr . Commissioner -cum-Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi -23 before the 16th day ofFebruary, 2008.

पता भी दे ।
