का.आ. 120( अ ).-राजमार्ग प्रशासन , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग नियंत्रण ( भूमि और यातायात ) अधिनियम, 2002 (2003 का 13 ) की धारा 20 क़ी उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और केन्द्रीय सरकार के अनुमोदन से, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (2 ). मेंविनिर्दिष्ट भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण के परियोजना निदेशकों को स्तंभ (3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि की अधिकारिता की सीमा के भीतर, स्तंभ ( 4 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के संबंध में, उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 5 ) में तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट लंबाई तक, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 24 , धारा 25 , धारा 26 , धारा 27 और धारा 43 के अधीन दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग और कृत्यों का निर्वहन के लिए नियुक्त करता है ।

S.O. 120 (E). in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- sectior ( 1 ) of section 20 of the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act , 2002 ( 13 of 2003 ) and witin the approval of the Central Government , the Highway Administration hereby appoints the Project Directors of the National Highways Authority of India specified in column 2 of the Table below, to exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred on it under sections 24,25,26,27 and 43 of the said Act, within the limits of jurisdiction specified in the corresponding entry in column 3, in respect of the National Highway as specified in the corresponding entry in column 4, the length of which is specified in the corresponding entry in column 5 of the said Table.
