आर.आर. 126(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करतो , भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 526( # ) और 527 ( अ ) दोनों तारीख 9 अप्रैल, 2007 का उन बातों के सिवाय अधिग्रहण करते हुए , जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या का लोप किया गया है , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से राजस्थान राज्य में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 11 के जयपुर- रोगन को जिसमें बाईपास , यदि कोई हो , का निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने , आदि ) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबन्ध और प्रचालन करने के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 4 ) , ( 5 ) , ( 6 ) और ( 7 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट क्रमशः जिलों, तालुकों, पुलिस थानों और ग्रामों के संबंध में उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट भूखण्ड के संबंध में इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 22nd January , 2008
S.O. 126(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping Road Transport and Highways and Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , numbers S.O. 526 (E ) , and S.O. 527 (E) , both dated 9th April , 2007, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Schedule relating to Districts , Taluks , Police Stations and villages specified in the corresponding entry in columns (4 ), (5 ) (6 ) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening/ four - laning etc. ) , maintenance , management and operation of Jaipur-Reengus Section of National Highway No. 11 , including construction of bypasses , if any, in the State of Rajasthan.
