सा.का.नि. 46(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम , 1906 ( 1906 का 3 ) की धारा 7 के साथ पठित धारा 21 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम " नृत्य मुद्रा " विषयवस्तु पर फेरेटिक स्टेनलेग स्टील के 50 पैसे के सिक्के का निर्माण नियम , 2007 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. मानक वजन और उन पर अनुज्ञात उपचार सिक्का निर्माण अधिनियम , 1906 ( 1906 का 3 ) की धारा 6 के उपबंधों के अधीन निर्मित किए गए फेरेटिक स्टेनलेस स्टील के निम्नलिखित अंकित मूल्य के सिक्कों का मानक वजन और ऐसे सिक्कों को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार वह होगा जो नीचे सारणी में विनिर्दिष्ट रूप में है , अर्थात्:-

4% तक कमीबेशी अर्थात् वजन में 3.94 ग्राम से 3.64 ग्राम तक अंतर (एक धातु)
हो सकता है ।
क्रोमियम के लिए 1 % तक कमीबेशी अर्थात् क्रोमियम में 16% से 18% अंतर हो सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st January, 2008
G.S.R. 46 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 21 , read with section 7 of the Coinage Act, 1906 ( 3 of 1906), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules , namely :-
1. Short title and commencement. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Coinage ofFerritic Stainless Steel Coin of 50 paise coined with the theme "Nritya Mudra" Rules , 2007.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. Standard Weight and Remedy allowed. The standard weight of the ferritic stainless steel coins of 50 paise denomination coined under the provisions of Section 6 of the Coinage Act , 1906 (3 of 1906) and the remedy allowed in making such coin shall be as specified in the Table below namely :-

Plus or minus 1 % for Chromium, that is to say, chromium could vary from 16% to 18% and remainder Iron .
