का.आ. 132(अ).-राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 637 ( अ ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 1997 के साथ पठित औषध ( कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 3 के उप- पैरा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण ) के आदेश सं. का.आ. 1637 ( अ ) तारीख 29 सितम्बर , 2006 को जहां तक उनका सम्बन्ध एसप्रिन से है , उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रपुंज औषधि का अधिकतम विक्रय कीमत ( उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर को छोड़कर) यित करती है जिस पर वह बेची जाएगी ।

Aspirin, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price (exclusive of excise duty and local taxes ) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) thereof shall be sold.
