का.आ. 131 (अ). हज समिति अधिनियम , 2002 (2002 का 35 ) की धारा 15 के साथ पढ़ी जाने वाली धाराओं 3 , 4 , 5 और 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार इस अधि- सूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से और 14 सितम्बर, 2009 को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि तक उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( iv ) के खंड ( ख ) के अंतर्गत एतद्वारा भारत की हज समिति के सदस्य के रूप में श्रीमती महमूदा अफजल के स्थान पर श्रीमती अफरोज बेगम, 18 , गार्डन रीच रोड, कोलकाता -700024 का नामांकन करती है; और इस प्रयोजनार्थ दिनांक 15 सितम्बर , 2006 के विदेश : मंत्रालय के सं. का.आ. 1536 (अ ) में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
S.O. 131 ( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3, 4 , 5 and 6 read with Section 15 of the Haj CommitteeAct, 2002 (35 of2002), the Central Government, hereby nominates Smt . Afroz Begum, 18 , Garden Reach Road, Kolkata- 700024 in place ofSmt. Mehmooda Afzal , as a member of the Haj Committee of India under clause (b) of sub- section (iv) of Section 4 of the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification and upto a period ending on the 14th September , 2009; and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of External Affairs, number S.O. 1536 (E) , dated the 15th September , 2006, namely:
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. ( 20 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
Inthe said notification, for serial number (20) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely:-
"(20) Smt . Afroz Begum, 18, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata - 700024"
" (20) श्रीमती अफरोज बेगम, 18, गार्डन रीच रोड, कोलकाता-700024 "

टिप्पणी : भारत की हज समिति में सदस्यों की नियुक्ति हेतु मुख्य अधिसूचना 15 सितम्बर, 2006 को सं. का.आ.1536 (अ) के तहत भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित हुई थी और तत्पश्चात् दिनांक 2 जनवरी , 2007 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2 ( अ) के तहत संशोधित किया गया ।
Note : The principal notification for appointing the members to the Haj Committee of India was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O. 1536(E), dated the 15th September, 2006 and subsequently was amended vide notification number S.O. 2(E) , dated the 2nd January, 2007.
