का.आ. 145(अ).-यतः आंध्र प्रदेश औद्योगिक अवसंरचना
निगम , जो आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य का एक सरकारी संगठन है , ने आंध्र
प्रदेश राज्य में कुरूकल्वा ग्राम , रेनीगुण्टा मंडल , तिरूपति डिविजन ,
चित्तूर जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित
सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना
हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) , (जिसे
एतपश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत
प्रस्तावकिया है;
और , यतः , केन्द्र सरकार , इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त
अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा
अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने आंध्र
प्रदेश राज्य में कुरूकल्वा ग्राम , रेनीगुण्टा मंडल , तिरूपति डिविजन ,
चित्तूर जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित
सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास ,
प्रचालन एवं रख - रखाव हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-
धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 12 अक्तूबर , 2007 को अनुमोदन पत्र
प्रदान करदिया है;
अतः , अब , विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्द्वारा , आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य में कुरूकल्वा ग्राम, रेनीगुण्टा मंडल , तिरूपति डिविजन , चित्तूर जिले में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 24th January, 2008
S.O. 145 (E) . Whereas Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation , a Government Organization in the State of Andhra Pradesh, has proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ) , to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Kurukalva Village, Renigunta Mandal , Tirupati Division , Chittor District in the State of Andhra Pradesh;
का.आ. 146(अ).विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. आंध्र प्रदेश औद्योगिक अवसंरचना निगम द्वारा कुरूकल्वा ग्राम , रेनीगुण्टा मंडल , तिरूपति डिविजन , चित्तूर जिला , आंध्र प्रदेश में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी/सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति, जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा , गठित करती है , जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं, अर्थात्:-

सदस्य, पदेन And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub - section ( 8) of Section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub - section ( 10 ) of Section 3 of the said Act for development , operation and maintenance of the Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services atKurukalva Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati Division, Chittor District in the State of Andhra Pradesh on 12th October, 2007;
2. निदेशक अथवा उप -सचिव भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for the information technology/ information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Kurukalva Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati Division , Chittor District, Andhra Pradesh by M/ s . Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructural Corporation Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members , namely :-
Chairperson , 1. Development Commissioner (Ex-officio Director, Software Technology Ex -Officio Parks of India, Hyderabad)
Member, Ex-Officio 2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department ofCommerce or his nominee not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India
Member, Ex-Officio 3. Joint Director General of Foreign Trade , Hyderabad
Member, Ex-Officio 4. Commissioner of Customs Airport, Hyderabad or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner
Member, Ex-Officio 5. Commissioner of Income Tax having territorial jurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner

का.आ. 147(अ). विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिस तारीख से मै. आंध्र प्रदेश औद्योगिक अवसंरचना निगम द्वारा कुरूकल्वा ग्राम, रेनीगुण्टा मंडल , तिरूपति डिविजन , चित्तूर जिला, आंध्र प्रदेश में स्थापित सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी/सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा । 2008

S.O. 147(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the..... day of........ 2008 as the date from which the information technology /information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Kurukalva Village, Renigunta Mandal , Tirupati Division , Chittor District , Andhra Pradesh by M/s . Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructural Corporation Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
