का.आ. 148( अ ).-चीफ कंट्रोलिंग रेवन्यू अथारिटी , दिल्ली संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239 के खंड ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 2709 , तारीख 7 सितम्बर , 1966 के भागतः उपांतरण में राष्ट्रपति के नियंत्रण के अध्यधीन और अगले आदेशों तक भारतीय स्टांप अधिनियम , 1899 ( 1899 का 2 ) की धारा 9 की उप - धारा (2 ) के खंड ( ख ) में अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसार उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अधीन स्टांप शुल्क के समेकन के संबंध में राज्य सरकार शक्तियों का प्रयोग और कृत्य का निर्वहन भी करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th January , 2008
S.O. 148(E ) . In pursuance of clause ( 1 ) of article 239 of the Constitution and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry ofHome Affairs number S.O. 2709, dated the 7th September , 1966, the Chief Controlling Revenue Authority, Delhi shall also , subject to the control of President and until further orders , exercise the powers and discharge the function of the State Government in respect of consolidation of stamp duty under clause (b) ofsub - section (1 ) as per the provisions contained in clause (b) of sub- section (2) of Section 9 ofthe Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899).
