सा.का.नि. 57(अ).-सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्तं शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है , एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या 21 /2002- सीमाशुल्क, दिनांक 1 मार्च , 2002 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में सं. सा.का.नि. 118 ( अ ) , दिनांक 1 मार्च, 2002 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:---
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में,-
( i ) क्रम सं. 140 के समाने , कॉलम ( 3 ) में प्रविष्टि के लिए , " वास्तविक निर्यातकों द्वारा आयातित टैग , लेबल , स्टिकर्स , बैल्ट्स, बटन या हैंगर्स " प्रविष्टि को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
( ii ) क्रम सं. 167 के समाने , कॉलम ( 3 ) में, प्रविष्टि ( वाई ) के बाद, " ( ज़ेड ) छपे हुए थैले " प्रविष्टि को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
(iii ) क्र. सं. 168 के सामने , कॉलम (2 ) में प्रविष्टि के लिए , " 43 , 52, 54 , 55 , 56 , 58 , 59 और 60 प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

टिप्पणी : मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में सं. सा.का. नि. 118 ( अ ) , दिनांक 1 मार्च , 2002 के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसमें अंतिम संशोधन सं. सा.का.नि . 797 ( अ ) के तहत दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर, 2007 को भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना संख्या 123/2007-सीमाशुल्क, दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर , 2007 द्वारा किया गया था ।

No. 13/2008-Customs
G.S.R. 57 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 21/2002 - Customs , dated the 1st March, 2002 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (i ) dated the 1stMarch, 2002, namely:-
In the said notification , in the Table ,
(i ) against Sl . No. 140, for the entry in column (3 ), the entry " Tags , labels , stickers , belts , buttons or hangers , imported by bona fide exporters " shall be substituted;
(ii) against Sl . No. 167 , in column (3 ) , after entry (y) , the entry " ( z ) printed bags " shall be inserted ;
(iii) against Sl . No. 168 , for the entry in column (2), the entry "43 , 52 , 54, 55, 56, 58, 59 or 60" shall be substituted.

Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) vide number G.S.R. 118 (E) , dated the 1st March , 2002 and was last amended by notification No. 123 / 2007 -Customs , dated the 31st December , 2007 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section (i ) vide number G.S.R. 797 (E), dated the 31st December , 2007.
