का.आ. 149( अ ). तटवर्ती जलकृषि प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 24 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय की दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर , 2005 की संख्या का.आ. 1803 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) , दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2005 को प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामतः:-
S.O. 149( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub - section (3) of Section 4 of the Coastal AquacultureAuthority Act, 2005 (24 of2005), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofAgriculture vide number S.O. 1803(E) , dated the 22nd December , 2005 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 22nd December , 2005 , namely :--
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या ( ग ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों में , निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, नामतः:-
Inthe said notification, for serial number ( c) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:--

नोट : मूल अधिसूचना को दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर , 2005 के संख्या का.आ. 1803 ( अ ) के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित किया गया था। तदुपरांत दिनांक 25-8-2006 के संख्या का.आ. 1359 ( अ ) , दिनांक 13-12-2006 के का.आ. 2093 ( अ ) , दिनांक 8 अक्तूबर , 2007 के का.आ. 1720( अ) तथा 16 नवम्बर , 2007 के का.आ. 1947( अ) के तहत संशोधित किया गया था ।
Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii ) and vide number S.O. 1803 ( E) , dated the 22nd December, 2005 subsequently amended vide number S.O. 1359(E) , dated the 25th August , 2006 ; S.O. 2093 ( E) , dated the 13th December , 2006 ; S.O. 1720 (E) , dated the 8th October, 2007 and S.O. 1947 (E) , dated the 16th November , 2007.
