का.आ. 165( अ ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , चूना पत्थर और डोलोमाइट खान श्रम कल्याण निधि नियम , 1973 के नियम 3 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के खंड ( क) और नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठित चूना पत्थर और डोलोमाइट खान श्रम कल्याण निधि अधिनियम, 1972 (1972का 62 ) की धारा 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 983 ( अ ) तारीख 30 जून , 2006 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्यांक 10 , 11 और क्रम सं. 13 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th January, 2008
S.O. 165(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Limestone and Dolomite Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act , 1972 (62 of 1972) read with clause (a) ofsub -rule ( 1) ofrule 3 and sub -rule ( 2 ) of rule 4 of the Limestone and Dolomite Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules , 1973 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment , number S.O. 983 ( E) , dated the 30th June, 2006 .
In the said notification , for serial numbers 10, 11 and 13 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely :
