सा.का.नि. 61 (अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद (विनियमन ) आदेश , 1998 के खण्ड 2 के उप- खंड ( घ) के अनुसरण में और उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 87 ( अ ) तारीख 22 फरवरी , 2005 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए डॉ. जॉय आई. चिनाथ , संयुक्त सचिव , उपभोक्त मामले , खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग ) को, अगले आदेश तक उक्त आदेश के अधीन आयुक्त की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद आयुक्त नियुक्तकरती है ।

G.S.R. 61 (E) . In pursuance of sub- clause (d) of clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Products (Regulation) Order, 1998 and in supersession of the notification ofMinistry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution ) number G.S.R. 87 (E) , dated the 22nd February, 2005, the Central Government hereby appoints, until further orders , Dr. Joy I. Cheenath, Joint Secretary, Ministry ofConsumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution) , as the Vegetable Oil Products Commissioner , to exercise the powers ofthe Commissioner under the said Order .
