NewDelhi , the 31st January, 2008 दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण (मुख्य योजना अनुभाग ) सार्वजनिक सूचना नई दिल्ली , 31 जनवरी , 2008
S.O. 217 (E). The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority/ Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan/Zonal Development Planfor Delhi is hereby published for public information. Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send the objection /suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner cum Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, ' B' Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi - 110023 within aperiod of thirty days from the date of this notice . The person making the objection or suggestion should also givehis/her name and address .
का.आ. 217(अ).-दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार कादिल्ली मुख्य योजना/ क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्तिको कोई आपत्ति हो/ कोई सुझाव देना हो, तो वे अपनी आपत्ति/ सुझाव इस सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अंदर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी ' ब्लॉक, विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली -110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकते हैं । आपत्ति करने /सुझाव देने वाले व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भीदें ।
PROPOSED MODIFICATION :
प्रस्तावित संशोधन:
It is proposed to change the landuse of an area measuring about 0.2 ha of land falling in Zone ' F ' bounded by part of District Park in the South West, Police Station (Vasant Vihar) in the North East, Green Strip (13.7 mt wide) adjoining Nalson Mandela Road in the South West, and existing structure in the North West from ' Recreational (District Park) ' to ' PSP facilities (Graveyard)' जोन ' एफ ' में पड़ने वाले लगभग 0.2 हैक्टे. क्षेत्र , जो दक्षिण- पश्चिम में जिला पार्क के भाग से, उत्तर - पूर्व में पुलिस स्टेशन (वसंत विहार ) से , दक्षिण- पश्चिम में नेल्सन मंडेला रोड के समीप हरित पट्टी ( 13.7 मी . चौड़ी ) से और उत्तर- पश्चिम में विद्यमान ढ़ांचे से घिरा हुआ है , के भूमि उपयोग क्रो ' मनोरंजनात्मक (जिला पार्क) ' से ' पी.एस.पी. सुविधाओं ( कब्रिस्तान ) ' में परिवर्तित करने का प्रस्ताव है ।
The plan indicating the proposed modification is available for inspection at the office of Joint Director (MP) 6th floor , Vikas Minar, I. P. Estate , Delhi Development Authority,NewDelhi on all working days during the period referred above .
प्रस्तावित संशोधन को दर्शाने वाला नक्शा निरीक्षण के लिए उक्त अवधि के दौरान सभी कार्य दिवसों में संयुक्त निदेशक ( मुख्य योजना ) कार्यालय , छठा तल , विकास मीनार , आई.पी. एस्टेट , नई दिल्ली में उपलब्ध रहेगा ।
