का.आ. 214( अ )-केन्द्रीय सरकार , कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ढ़ ) के परंतुक के खंड ( iii ) केअनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के इस्पात मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 266( अ ) तारीख 24 फरवरी , 2004, का.आ. 1417( अ ) तारीख 23 दिसम्बर , 2004 , का.आ. 788 ( अ) तारीख 31 मई , 2005 को, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए और जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण पूर्व किया गया है या करने से लोप किया गया घोषणा करती है कि नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित व्यक्ति जो उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में उल्लिखित कारखानों के कामकाज के प्रबंध के लिए नियुक्त किए गए हैं, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए अधि ष्ठाता समझे जाएंगे ।

New Delhi , the 30th January, 2008
S.O. 214 (E) . In pursuance of clause ( iii ) to the proviso to clause (n) of Section 2 of the Factories Act , 1948 (63 of 1948 ) and in supersession of notifications number S.O. 266( E) , dated the 24th February , 2004 , S.O. 1417 (E) , dated the 23rd December, 2004 , S.O.788 (E ), dated the 31st May, 2005 in the Government of India , Ministry of Steel , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby declares that the persons mentioned in column (2 ) of the Table below appointed to manage the affairs of the factories mentioned in corresponding entry in column (3 ) of the said Table shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purpose of the said Act.
