सा.का.नि. 62(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, धन- शोधन निवारण अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का 15 ) की धारा 7 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के साथ पठित धारा 73 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, न्याय- निर्णायक प्राधिकरण के कर्मचारियों के वेतन, भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य शर्तों का विनियन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ, - ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम धन - शोधन निवारण ( न्याय - निर्णायक प्राधिकरण के कर्मचारियों के वेतन , भत्ते और सेवा की अन्य शर्तें) नियम , 2007 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. न्याय-निर्णायक प्राधिकरण का कर्मचारिवृंद न्याय निर्णायक प्राधिकरण के कर्मचारियों की प्रकृति और प्रवर्ग तथा उनसे संलग्न वेतनमान वे होंगे , जो इन नियमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट है ।
3. सेवा की शर्तें. न्याय- निर्णायक प्राधिकरण के कर्मचारियों के वेतन , भत्ते , छुट्टी , भविष्यनिधि , अधिवर्षिता की आयु , पेंशन और सेवानिवृत्ति फायदे , चिकित्सा सुविधाओं से संबंधित मामलों में सेवा की शर्तें और अन्य सेवा की शर्तें ऐसे नियमों और विनियमों के अनुसार विनियमित होंगी , जो तत्समान वेतनमान के, यथास्थिति, केन्द्रीय सरकार के समूह क, समूह ख , समूह ग , और समूह घ के कर्मचारियों को तत्समय लागू होंगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st January, 2008
G.S.R. 62 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) and clause (e) ofsub - section (2) of Section 73 read with sub- section (3 ) of Section 7 of the Prevention of Money- laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the salaries, allowances and other conditions of service of the employees of the Adjudicating Authority, namely :-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1 ) These rules may be called the Prevention ofMoney - laundering (Salaries , Allowances and other Conditions of Service of the employees of Adjudicating Authorities) Rules , 2007.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. Staff of the Adjudicating Authority. The nature and categories of the employees of the Adjudicating Authority and the scale of pay attached thereto shall be such as specified in the Schedule appended to these rules .
3. Conditions of Service. The conditions of service of the employees of the Adjudicating Authority in the matters ofpay, allowances , leave , provident fund, age of superannuation , pension and retirement benefits , medical facilities and other conditions of service , shall be regulated in accordance with such rules and regulations as are for the time being applicable to the employees belonging to Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D, of the Central Government, as the case may be, of the corresponding scales of pay .
