का.आ. 224( अ ). नारियल विकास बोर्ड नियम, 1981 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित नारियल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1979 (1979 कापांचवां ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों का सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से नारियल विकास बोर्ड, कोच्चि के सदस्यों के रूप में तीन वर्ष के अनधिक अवधि के लिए अथवा उस समय तक जब तक कि संबंधित सदस्य उस श्रेणी या हित , जिससे वह इस प्रकार नियुक्त किया गया है, का प्रतिनिधित्व करना समाप्त कर देता है , जो भी पहले हो, नियुक्त करती है तथा इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार , कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) की दिनांक 12 जनवरी , 1981 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 21 ( अ ) में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में :-
(i) क्रम संख्या 13ए से 13 डी तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए " धारा 4 की उप - धारा (4 ) के खण्ड ( i ) के अधीन नियुक्त" शीर्ष के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

केरल राज्य के नारियल उत्पादकों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st January, 2008
S.O. 224 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (4 ) of Section 4 of the Coconut Development BoardAct, 1979 (5 of 1979 ) , read with rule 4 ofthe Coconut Development Board Rules , 1981 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Coconut Development Board , Kochi , for a period. not exceeding three years , on and from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette , or till the concerned member ceases to represent the category or interest from which he has been so appointed , whichever is earlier, and for the said purpose makes the following amendment in the notification number S.O. 21 (E), dated the 12th January , 1981 of the Government of India in theMinistry of Agriculture ( Department of Agriculture and Cooperation ) , namely:-
Inthe said notification:-
(i) under the heading "Appointed under clause (i ) of sub - section (4) of Section 4 " , for serial numbers 13 -A to 13 -D and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted , namely:
To represent the Coconut Growers of the State ofKerala .
