का.आ. 235( अ )-विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग अधिनियम , 1956 (1956 का 3 ) की धारा 5 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( बी ) के साथ धारा 6 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( सी ) द्वारा दीगई शक्तियों के आधार पर केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा प्रोफेसर अच्युतानन्द सामन्ता, रसायन विज्ञान के प्रोफेसर , के.आई.आई.टी. यूनिवर्सिटी, भुवनेश्वर को प्रोफेसर सुरंजन दास के स्थान पर विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में 11 फरवरी , 2008 से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए नियुक्त करती है।

S.O. 235 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b ) of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 5 read with clause (c) of Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 6 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956), the Central Government hereby appoints Prof. Achyutananda Samanta, Professor in Chemistry , KIIT University , Bhubaneswar , as aMember of the University Grants Commission with effect from the 11th February , 2008 for a term of three years , vice Prof. Suranjan Das .
