सं. 14/2008- सीमाशुल्क
सा.का.नि. 67( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 39 /96- सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 23 जुलाई, 1996 , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
G.S.R. 67 ( E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 25 ofthe Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ), No. 39/96-Customs , dated the 23rd July, 1996, namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में क्रम सं. 14 , स्पष्टीकरण के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में " 1 जनवरी , 2008 " शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों के स्थान पर " 1 जनवरी , 2009 " शब्दों, अक्षरों और अंकों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
In the said notification , in the Table , against S. No. 14, in column (3 ) , in the Explanation , for the words , letters and figures , " the 1st day of January, 2008 " , the words, letters and figures , "the 1st day of January , 2009 " shall be substituted.

Note: The principal notification No. 39 / 1996- Customs , dated the 23rd July, 1996 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 291 (E) , dated the 23rd July, 1996 and was last amended vide notification No. 12/2008 - Customs , dated the 23rd January, 2008 which was published vide number G.S.R. 53 (E), dated the 23rd January,2008.
