विषय: गेहूँ और गेहूँ उत्पादों के निर्यात पर लागू निषेध- मालदीव को गेहूँ के आटे के निर्यात पर छूट ।
Subject : Prohibition on export of wheat and wheat products exemption for export ofwheat flour toMaldives.
का.आ. 251 (अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009, के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) की धारा 3 ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा अधिसूचना सं. 33 ( आरई -2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 8-10-2007 ( गेहूँऔर गेहूँ उत्पादों के निर्यात पर लागू निषेध के संबंध में ) के पैराग्राफ 2 के अंत में निम्नलिखित को तत्काल प्रभाव से जोड़ा जाता है :
S.O. 251 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3(2) of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009, the Central Government hereby makes the following addition with immediate effect at the end of Paragraph 2 of Notification No. 33(RE- 2007)/2004- 2009, dated 8-10-2007 (pertaining to prohibition on export ofwheat and wheat products):
" 2.2 इस अधिसूचना द्वारा गेहूं के आटे के निर्यात पर लागू निषेध एसटीसी/एमएमटीसी के माध्यम से मालदीव को वर्ष 2008-2009 के दौरान 22,100 मीट्रिक टन गेहूँ के आटे के निर्यात पर लागू नहीं होगा । "
"2.2 The prohibition imposed by this Notification on export ofwheat flour shall not be applicable to export of22,100 MT of wheat flour during 2008-2009 to Maldives through STC/MMTC. "
