का.आ. 247( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, निदेश देती है कि नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संबंधित उपरोक्त के स्तम्भ (2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सेक्शन की उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट सड़क के खण्ड का विकास और अनुरक्षण सीमा सड़क संगठन द्वारा किया जाएगा जो केन्द्रीय सरकार के अधीनस्थ प्राधिकरण है ।

New Delhi , the 5th February, 2008
S.O. 247(E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 5 ofthe National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the development and maintenance of the stretch of road specified in column (3) of the table below, ofthe Section specified in column (2) ofthe said table, of the National Highway specified in column ( 1 ) of the aforesaid table, shall be exercised by the Border Roads Organisation, being a subordinate authority to the Central Government .

का.आ. 248 ( अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 ( अ ) , तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2005 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम सं. 15 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम सं. और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:---

मणिपुर राज्य सरकार 15 राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं. 39 [ 101 कि.मी. को छोड़कर ( 210 कि. मी. से 311 कि. मी. तक) ] , सं. 53 [ 217 कि. मी. को छोड़कर ( 3 कि. मी . से 220 कि. मी. तक ) ] और सं. 150 [ 437 कि. मी. को छोड़कर ( 140 कि. मी. से 402 कि. मी. तक और 488 कि. मी. से 663 कि. मी. ) ] का उतना भाग जितना मणिपुर राज्य में स्थित है।

S.O. 248 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the National Highways Act , 1956 ( 48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 1096 (E ) , dated the 4th August, 2005, namely :---
In the Schedule to the said notification , for serial number 15 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :----
