पृष्ट 24 पर नियम 1 के उप - नियम ( 2 ) में शब्दों और अंकों, " ये 20 फरवरी , 2008 को प्रवृत्त होंगे , सिवाय नियम 9 के जो 20 नवम्बर , 2006 को प्रवृत्त होंगे और नियम 8 के जो 20 अगस्त, 2007 को प्रवृत्त होंगे " के स्थान पर " ये 20 मई , 2008 को प्रवृत्त होंगे , सिवाय नियम 9 के जो 20 नवम्बर , 2006 को प्रवृत्त होंगे और नियम 8 के जो 20 अगस्त, 2007 को प्रवृत्त होंगे " पढ़ें ।

G.S.R. 70 (E) . In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) , number G.S.R. 491 (F ) dated the 21 st August , 2006, published in the Part II, Section 3, Sub- section ( i) at pages 1-41 of the Gazette of India , Extraordinary:
At page 24 , in sub - rule (2) of rule 1 , for the words and figures, "They shall come into force on the 20th of February, 2008 except rule 9 , which shall come into force on the 20thday of November , 2006 and rule 8 which shall come into force on the 20th day of August , 2007 " read "They shall come into force on the 20th May, 2008 except rule 9 , which shall come into force on the 20th day of November , 2006 and rule 8 which shall come into force on the 20th day ofAugust, 2007 " .
