का.आ. 242( अ ).-राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी का.आ. 637 ( अ ) , तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 1997 के साथ पठित औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 9 के उप- पैरा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करता हैं कि ऐसी गोलियों/कैपसूलों जिनके संघटन में लेक्टिक ऐसिड बेसिलस एक तत्व है , के सभी अनुसूचित विनिर्मित पैकों के विनिर्माता कथित आदेश के पैरा 9 के उप- पैरा ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) के अधीन ऐसी विनिर्मितियों के लिए निर्धारित नवीनतम अधिकतम कीमत का , जैसा भी मामला हो प्रत्येक 10 मिलियन स्पोर्स या उसके भाग के लिए , प्रो- राटा आधार पर प्रति 10 गोलियों/कैपसूलों के लिए 0.017 रुपए जोड़/घटा सकते हैं ।

NewDelhi , the 5th February, 2008
S.O. 242(E) . In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub-paragraph (3 ) of paragraph 9 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order , 1995, read with No. S.O. 637 (E) , dated the 4thSeptember, 1997 issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers , the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority , hereby notifies that the manufacturers of all the scheduled formulation packs of tablets/capsules having Lactic Acid Bacillus as ingredient incombination thereof shall add/ subtract Rs . 0.017 per 10's tablet/ capsule for each 10 million spores or part thereof as the case may be on pro rata basis ofthe latest ceiling price fixed for such formulations under sub - paragraphs ( 1 ) and (2) ofparagraph 9 of the said Order .
