विषय : वर्ष 2008-2009 हेतु मालदीव को पत्थर समूह और नदी की रेत का निर्यात ।
का.आ. 271(अ).-समय - समय पर यथासंशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 1.3. और पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 और धारा 3 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी ( एचएस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची -2 ( निर्यात नीति ) को निम्नानुसार संशोधित करती है :-
2. मालदीव को निर्यात के सम्बन्ध में अध्याय 25 में , निर्यात लाइसेंसिंग टिप्पणी ( घ ) के बाद निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जायेगा:-
(ङ) वित्तीय वर्ष 2008-2009 के लिए ( वार्षिक आधार पर )
पत्थर समूह : 5,26,500 मी. टन
नदी की रेत : 5,85,000 मी. टन
3. नदी की रेत की उपर्युक्त मात्रा के निर्यात हेतु रसायन और सम्बद्ध उत्पाद निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद ( सीएपीईएक्सआईएल ) यह सुनिश्चित करेगी कि आपूर्तिकर्ता/एक्सट्रेक्टर्स ने उचित अनुमति प्राप्त कर ली है तथा उक्त रेत तटीय विनियमन जोन क्षेत्र से नहीं लाई गई है जो कि तटीय विनियमन जोन अधिसूचना के अन्तर्गत निषिद्ध है ।
4. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

Sub : Export of Stone Aggregate and River Sand to Maldives for the year 2008-2009
S.O. 271 (E) . In exercise ofpowers conferred by Section 5 and Section 3 (2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 and paragraph 2.1 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Schedule-2 (Export Policy ) of the ITC (HS ) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-2009:
2. In Chapter 25, the following shall be added after export licensing Note (d) regarding export to Maldives:
(e) For the financial year 2008-09 (on annual basis )
StoneAggregate : 5,26,500 MTS
RiverSand : 5,85,000 MTS
3. For the export of above quantity of River Sand , Chemicals and Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) shall ensure that the suppliers /extractors have obtained appropriate clearances and the mining of the said sand is not undertaken in the Coastal Regulation Zone Area, which is prohibited under the Coastal Regulation Zone Notification.
