S.O. 279 (E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3( 2) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1992 (No.22 of 1992) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign TradePolicy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time) ,the CentralGovernment prohibits with immediate effect any export of non-basmati rice , under the Transitional arrangements under Para 1.5 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 ( as amended from time to time) , with reference to the restrictions imposed vide Notification No. 38 ( RE - 2007 )/2004-2009, dated15thOctober , 2007, and Notification No. 45 (RE- 2007)/ 2004-2009 , dated 31st October , 2007 , and Notification No. 68 (RE- 2007 )/2004-2009, dated 27th December, 2007.
सं. 77( आर ई-2007 ) / 2004-2009 का.आ. 279( अ ) विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 (समय- समय पर यथा- संशोधित ) के पैरा 1.3 एवं 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 (1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 3 (2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, अधिसूचना सं. 38 ( आर ई-2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 2007 और अधिसूचना सं. 45 ( आर ई-2007 ) 2004-2009, दिनांक 31 अक्तूबर, 2007 और अधिसूचना सं. 68 ( आर ई-2007 )/2004-2009 दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर , 2007 द्वारा लगाए गए प्रतिबंधों के सन्दर्भ में , विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 ( समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित ) के पैरा 1.5 के तहत अन्तवर्ती व्यवस्था के अधीन गैर - बासमती चावल के किसी प्रकार के निर्यात पर तत्काल प्रभाव से निषेध करती है ।
