सा.का.नि. 76(अ).- अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) तथा नियम 7 के उप-नियम ( सी ) के क्रम में, केन्द्रीय सरकार, अरुणाचल प्रदेश , गोवा और मिजोरम सरकारों के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली , 1955 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( i ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) संशोधन विनियमावली , 2008 है ।
(ii ) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली, 1955 की अनुसूची में " अरुणाचल प्रदेश-गोवा- मिजोरम - संघ राज्य क्षेत्र " शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

सा.का.नि. 77(अ) .- भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 के उप नियम (2 ) और नियम 7 के उप-खण्ड ( सी ) के साथ पठित , अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , नागालैण्ड सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली , 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( i ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्याका नियतन) द्वितीय संशोधन विनियमावली , 2008 है ।
( ii ) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) , read with sub-rule (2) ofrule 4 and sub-clause ofRule 7 ofthe Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Nagaland hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955, namely :-

सा.का.नि. 78(अ) .-भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियमावली , 1954 के नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 2 ) और नियम 7 के उप- खण्ड ( सी ) के साथ पठित , अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , झारखण्ड सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियमावली , 1955 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( i ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) तृतीय संशोधन नियमावली , 2008 है ।
( ii ) ये विनियम सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे ।
