सं. 1 (13)/2000-एनईआर/एसपीएस. वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय , औद्योगिक नीति और संवर्धन विभाग में भारत सरकार की दिनांक 22 अक्तूबर, 2002 की भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) संबंधी अधिसूचना सं. 1 ( 11 ) /2002 एनईआर और दिनांक 1 अगस्त , 2005 की अधिसूचना सं. 1 ( 13 ) /2000 एनईआर/एसपीएस के क्रम में केंद्र सरकार एतद्वारा यह अधिसूचित करती है कि " जम्मूऔर कश्मीर विकास वित्त निगम ( जेकेडीएफसी ) जम्मू और कश्मीर में आवधिक ऋण , कार्यशील पूँजी और अन्य अवसंरचनात्मक सहायता उपलब्ध कराएगा । "

No. 1(13)/2000-NER/SPS.-In continuation to the Gazette of India (Extraordinary ) Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion No. 1 ( 11)/2002 - NER dated 22nd October, 2002 and No. 1( 13)/ 2000- NER/ SPS dated 1st August, 2005, Central Government hereby notifies that " the Jammu & Kashmir Development Finance Corporation ( JK DFC ) shall provide term loan , working capital and other infrastructural support in the State of Jammu & Kashmir" .
