का.आ. 320(अ). नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का44 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , सुश्री बी. भामती, संयुक्त सचिव ( संघ राज्य क्षेत्र ) को नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् की सदस्य नियुक्त करती है और इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर , 2005 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1820 ( अ ) में सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग ) के तहत केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा नामित सदस्य " शीर्ष के तहत मद संख्या ( 5 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित मद संख्या और प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

टिप्प्ण: मूल अधिसूचना दिनांक 27 दिसम्बर , 2005 की संख्या का.आ. 1820 ( अ ) के द्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण में प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात इसे दिनांक 14 जुलाई , 2006 की संख्या का.आ. 1099 ( अ ) , दिनांक 28 दिसम्बर , 2006 की संख्या का. आ. 2158 ( अ ) और दिनांक 26 मार्च, 2007 की संख्या का.आ. 456 ( अ ) द्वारा
संशोधित किया गया था ।

MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th February, 2008
S.O. 320 (E).In exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause (c) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the NewDelhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994), the Central Government hereby nominates Ms. B. Bhamathi , Joint Secretary ( Union Territories ) , as member ofthe New Delhi Municipal Council and for that purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Gov- ernment of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O. 1820 ( E ) , dated the 27th December , 2005 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, namely:-
Inthe said notification under the heading "Mem- bers nominated by the Central Government under clause (c) ofsub - section ( 1 ) of section 4 " , for item number (5) and the entries relating thereto , the following item number and entries shall be substituted , namely :--
