का.आ. 321 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , नाविक भविष्य निधि स्कीम , 1966 के पैरा 3 के साथ पठित नाविक भविष्य निधि अधिनियम , 1966 ( 1966 का 4 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के पोत परिवहन विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 694 तारीख 6 मार्च , 2007 जो भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II खंड 3 , उपखंड ( ii ) तारीख 10 मार्च , 2007 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्यांक 8 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्: -
" 9 श्री मारुती डी. रेथ्रेकर, भारतीय नाविक राष्ट्रीय संघ " [फा. सं. एसटी-15013/ 1/ 2006- एमटी ]

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th February , 2008
S.O. 321 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Seamen's Provident Fund Act, 1966 (4 of1966) read with paragraph 3 of the Seamen's Provident Fund Scheme, 1966 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping number S.O. 694 , dated the 6th March , 2007 published in Part II, Section 3 , sub- section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India , dated the 10thday ofMarch, 2007, namely: --
Inthe said notification , after serial number 8 and the entry relating thereto , the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:---
"9 Shri Maruti D. Rethrekar , National Union of Seafarers of India " .
