का.आ. 330(अ).-दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार का दिल्ली मुख्य योजना , 2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो/कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वे अपनी आपत्ति/सुझाव इस सूचना के जारी होने की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अंदर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी ' ब्लॉक , विकास सदन, आई.एन.ए. नई दिल्ली-110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकते हैं। आपत्ति करने / सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दें ।
प्रस्तावित संशोधन
दिल्ली मुख्य योजना-2021 के पृष्ठ 150 पर ( भारत का असाधारण राजपत्र दिनांक 7-2-2007 ) , मिश्रित उपयोग विनियमों के अंतर्गत , निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाना प्रस्तावित है :-
पैरा 15.8 ( 1 ) के अंत में " प्रबंध व्यवसायी * "
पैरा 15.8 ( 4 ) की पाद टिप्पणी में " "प्रबंध व्यवसायी अखिल भारतीय तकनीकी शिक्षा परिषद/विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग /केन्द्र द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त राष्ट्रीय महत्व के संस्थानों अथवा संस्थाओं से एम.बी.ए. की डिग्री/डिप्लोमा धारक होंगे । "

PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi , the 14th February, 2008
S.O. 330 (E ) . The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority/ Central Government proposes to make to the Master Plan for Delhi , 2021 is hereby published for public information . Any person having any objection or suggestion with respect to the proposed modification may send objection or suggestion in writing to the Principal Commissioner - cum-Secretary, Delhi Development Authority, ' B ' Block, Vikas Sadan , INA , New Delhi - 110023 within a period of 30 days from the date of issue of this notice . The persons making the objection or suggestion should also give his /her name and address .
Proposed Modification :
Onpage 118 MPD , 2021 ( Gazette of India Extraordi- nary dated 7.2.2007) , under Mixed Use Regulations , the following is proposed to be added :
At the end of the para15.8 ( i ) : " Management Profes- sionals . * "
In the footnote of para 15.8 (iv) : " * Management Professional shall be the one holding MBA degree / diploma from AICTE/ UGC / Centrally recognized institutions or in- stitutes of national importance".
