का.आ. 338(अ).-केन्द्र सरकार, केन्द्रीय मानसिक स्वास्थ्य प्राधिकरण नियमावली , 1990 के नियम 3 के अनुसरण में दिनांक 30 अप्रैल , 1992 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 313 ( अ ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्याओं 7 , 8 और 9 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

टिप्पण: - मूल अधिसूचना राजकीय राजपत्र में दिनांक 30 अप्रैल , 1992 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 313 ( अ) के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात् दिनांक 15 जनवरी , 1997 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 59( अ) और दिनांक 22 जुलाई , 2003 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 845 ( अ ) के तहत संशोधित की गई ।

S.O. 338 ( E ) . In pursuance of rule 3 of the Central Mental Health Authority Rules , 1990 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification number S.O. 313 (E ) , dated the 30th April, 1992 namely :
In the said notification , for serial numbers 7 , 8 and 9 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
