का.आ. 343(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियम , 1975 के नियम 2 के खंड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और दिनांक 10 सितम्बर , 2001 की अधिसूचना सं . का.आ. 886 ( अ) का अतिक्रमण करते हुए, इसके साथ संलग्न सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) की तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट राज्य की बाबत, उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजन के लिए एतदद्वारा रिटर्निंग अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्:-

S.O. 343 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975 , and in supersession of S.O. 886 (E) dated the 10th September , 2001 , the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (3 ) ofthe Table annexed hereto , to be the Returning Officer for the purposes of the said rules , in respect of the State mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (2) ofthe said Table , namely : ----
