नई दिल्ली, 15 फरवरी , 2008 आ.अ. 7( अ)-निर्वाचन प्रतीक ( आरक्षण और आबंटन) आदेश , 1968 के पैरा 17 के अन्तर्गत , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग अपनी समय - समय पर संशोधित अधिसूचना सं. 56/2007/न्या. अनु.- III , दिनांक 6 जनवरी , 2007 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित अगला संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्: -
अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी-IV ( स्वतंत्र प्रतीकों की सूची ) में " वायुयान " प्रविष्टि केवल त्रिपुरा राज्य के विधान सभा क्षेत्र के लिए चालू सामान्य निर्वाचन के उद्देश्य से स्वतंत्र प्रतीक के रूप में जोड़े जाएंगे ।
त्रिपुरा राज्य के लिए स्वतंत्र प्रतीकों की सूची में " वायुयान" प्रतीक का समावेश तारीख 30 जनवरी , 2008 से यथा विनिर्दिष्ट समझा जाएगा और प्रभावी होगा तथा इस राज्य में केवल चालू सामान्य निर्वाचन की समाप्ति तक ही लागू रहेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th February, 2008
O.N. 7(E) . Under paragraph 17 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment) Order, 1968, the Election Commission of India hereby makes the following further amendment to its Notification No. 56/2007/J.S. -III , 6th January, 2007 , as amended from time to time, namely:-
InTable IV (List of free symbols ) appended to the said Notification , the entry "Aeroplane " shall be added as freesymbol for the State of Tripura only for the purposes of the current general election to the Legislative Assembly ofTripura.
The inclusion of the symbol " Aeroplane " in the list offree symbols for Tripura shall be deemed to have been so specified with effect from 30th January, 2008 , and shall be in force only till the completion of the current general election in the State of Tripura .
