( वाणिज्य विभाग ) अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 18 फरवरी , 2008 सं. 79( आरई-2007 ) /2004-2009
विषय : गेहूंऔर गेहूँ उत्पादों के निर्यात पर निषेध- बंग्लादेश को गेहूँ के आटे के निर्यात पर छूट ।
Subject : Prohibition on export of wheat and wheat products-exemption for export of wheat flour (atta) to Bangladesh .
का.आ. 348(अ). विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 , के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) की धारा 3 ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , अधिसूचना सं. 33 ( आरई -2007 ) 2004-2009 , दिनांक 8 अक्तूबर , 2007 ( गेहूँ और गेहूँ उत्पादों के निर्यात पर निषेध से सम्बन्धित ) के पैराग्राफ 2 के अंत में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित को एतद्वारा , जोड़ती है:-
S.O. 348 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 read with Section 3 (2 ) of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1992 (No. 22 of 1992 ) and also read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004--2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following addition with immediate effect at the end of Paragraph 2 of Notification No. 33 ( RE - 2007)/ 2004-2009 , dated 8th October , 2007 (pertaining to prohibition on export of wheat and wheat products ) :-
" 2.3 इस अधिसूचना द्वारा गेहूँ के आटे के निर्यात पर लगाया गया निषेध पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार द्वारा बंग्लादेश .को राहत सामग्री के तौर पर आपूर्ति किए जाने वाले 50 मी. टन गेहूँ के आटे के निर्यात पर लागू नहीं होगा। "
"2.3 The prohibition imposed by this Notifica- tion on export of wheat flour shall notbe appli- cable to export of 50 MT of wheat flour ( atta) to Bangladesh to be supplied by the Government of West Bengal as relief material . "
2. यह 15 फरवरी , 2008 से प्रभावी है ।
2.This is effective from 15th February, 2008 .
3. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है।
