Subject : Prohibition on export of non - basmati rice- exemption for export to Bangladesh .
विषय : गैर- बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर निषेध- बंग्लादेश में निर्यात के लिए छूट ।
S.O. 356 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 and Section 3 (2 ) of the Foreign Trade (Deve- lopment and Regulation ) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992 ) read with Para 1.3 and Para 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further addition with immediate effect at the end ofParagraph 2 ofNotification No. 38 ( RE-2007 )/2004-2009, dated the 15th October , 2007 as amended: ---
का.आ. 356 (अ).- विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैरा 1.3 और पैरा 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 की सं. 22 ) की धारा 3 ( 2 ) और धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा यथा संशोधित अधिसूचना सं. 38 ( आरई-2007)/ 2004-2009, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 2007 के पैराग्राफ 2 के अंत में तत्काल प्रभाव से निम्नलिखित अतिरिक्त परिवर्धन करती है :
"2.9 The prohibition imposed by this Notification on export of non- basmati rice shall notbe applicable to export of 50,000MT ofnon -basmati rice to Bangladesh through the West Bengal Essential Commodities Supply Corporation Limited (WBECSC Ltd. ) . This 50,000 MT ofnon- basmati rice shall be procured by the WBECSC Ltd. exclusively from within the state of West Bengal . "
" 2.9 इस अधिसूचना द्वारा गैर - बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर लगाया गया निषेध वैस्ट बंगाल असैंशियल कमॉडिटीज सप्लाई कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड ( डब्ल्यूबीईसीएससी लि. ) के माध्यम से बंग्लादेश को 50,000 मीट्रिक टन गैर बासमती चावल के निर्यात पर लागू नहीं होगा । डब्ल्यूबीईसीएससी लि. द्वारा 50,000 मीट्रिक टन गैर - बासमती चावल की प्राप्ति पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य में से ही की जाएगी । "
