सा.का. नि. 100(अ) . सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 129क की उप - धारा ( 1 ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 39/ 2005 - सीमा शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 13 मई , 2005 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करता है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में,-
(i) क्रम संख्या 13 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों की जगह निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, पुणे- I , पुणे- II , पुणे- III तथा सीमा शुल्क एवं केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, गोवा "
" 13 ( 1 ) मुख्य आयुक्त, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क , पुणे (2 ) मुख्य आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क, मुम्बई- III
(ii) क्रम संख्या 13 ए और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को हटा दिया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st February , 2008

G.S.R. 100(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (IB) of section 129A of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , No. 39/2005 - Customs ( N.T. ) , dated the 13th May, 2005 , namely :-
In the said Notification , in the Table,-
(1) For the Sl.No.13 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely: ---
"13 (1 ) Chief Commissioner of Central Excise , Pune
Central Excise , Pune - I , Pune - II , Pune- III and Customs and Central Excise , Goa. "
(2) Chief Commissioner of Customs , Mumbai - III
(ii) Sl.No.13A and the entries relating thereto , shall be omitted .

सा.का.नि. 101 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 35 ख की उपधारा ( 1 ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. 24/2005 - केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै. टै. ) , दिनांक 13 मई , 2005 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन और करता है , अर्थात्:---
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, -
) क्रम संख्या 19 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों की जगह निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
